I received my Puro Junior Jams headphones and the plastic on the outside of the left ear cup has hairline fractures throughout. I was prepared to ignore it, because it doesn't seem to affect the structural integrity of the headphones at all. I tested the headphones and they work fine in wired mode. However, I cannot get the headphones to pair with any of my devices in Bluetooth mode, including Android and iOS devices. The headphones go into pairing mode with the LED flashing blue/red, but never show up as a discoverable device on the phone or iPad.

just purchased a set of JuniorJams -- kids love them ... no wires to get tangled, used them at home and in the car, with music and moves (even with Alexa!) and we don't have to worry about the volume being too loud ... very happy with this purchase!

We've done a 13hr flight with our 20 month. She is the type of kid who would refuse to wear her hat. So we were pretty amazed when she kept the headphones on. She is happy to listen to music via Bluetooth or wired up to the monitor for movies. We're so amazed! Customer service is excellent when we contacted them regarding postage. Highly recommend!

The headphones were great but next time I'd order through Amazon as they came with duty owing and needing to be paid at the door which caused one missed delivery. I phoned and paid the duty over the phone and they still didn't leave the parcel the following day because the delivery person hadn't been told the duty was paid. This was a lot of waiting around and "on hold" with UPS plus with the shipping cost (high) and duty (surpise!) the price was a tad higher than the best price on Amazon. Would not order again until assured duty was included in price.

Love the fact that we could use a wire on this instead of Wi-Fi all the time. We try to avoid Wi-Fi when it comes to our young children. Great quality headphone.

We bought these for travel for our young kids and have not yet used extensively. We did try them out briefly and got good quality sound and comfortable fit for the kids. The carrying cases are also a great way to carry and protect the headphones. My concern about them is a very strong chemical smell coming from the case, headphones and even the boxes. I keep airing out the headphones and cases and it still hasnt gone away completely.

I love puro headphones because they are good quality and have noise limitations! I especially like the juniorjams compared to the other kind because it goes around the head more comfortably and can fold into a smaller position.

I bought these for my 27 year old daughter who was born prematurely and has a small head. Adult headphones are always too big so I hoped these would work-and they fit perfectly! She loves them and they do not look like a childs headphone. I love this company because when she recently lost the adapter and power cord, I wrote the company and asked how I could order replacements. They are shipping them to me free of charge. It was a lovely gesture and it tells me something about the company.

Other headphones always broke, one side stopped working. Kids drop things, hard on school suplies. She can now concentrate, focus on her work...STURDY and so comfortable--easy to label with their name. Don't waste your time buying cheap headphones year after year. They are absolutely the best.
