My serviceman, Brian, phoned ahead of time, he was on time. From the time I placed the call to his arrival was less than an hour, well within the window I was given. Brian took a look at the problem, went to his truck and came back with his tablet and a quote. He went over the quote and and explained what he would repair. He was quick and friendly and courteous. Very professional in every way. Once he finished he was able to save me some money because he did not have to replace an item that was still good. He left no sign of him even being there, except for his Business card and a folder to keep my new paperwork. I always recommend you guys to whoever I can. Always a good experience with this company. Greatly appreciated.

He was able to arrive prior to the projected arrival time, he was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The job was completed in a very timely fashion, he explained what he had done in clear terms, and gave detailed instructions on the replaced equipment. I was able to leave for work punctually and stress-free knowing that my garage door was fully functional.

Appointment was provided same-day. Events to be expected were explicitly outlined.
Technician called in-route & arrived at time predicted (and early in the appointment time-frame).
Nick Sager's diagnostic evaluation and fund of knowledge seemed very sensible to me. He was respectful of my questions. Although I could not reproduce the problem which prompted my making the appointment, Nick investigated various possible causes. He offered various options as to how to proceed. I chose to wait-&-see. He serviced and lubricated the door machinery.
I would call Precision again and gladly ask for Nick as well.
