Landon & David did a great job on my install! I was forced to replace a (very) new door purchased from another company (because of an auto mishap). I got a great-looking, high-quality door for less than I had paid for the first one. Landon did a great job of arriving when scheduled, communicating with me, and ensuring that the new door worked with my controller (which I had purchased from the other company). Highly recommend!

I saw 4 different technicians. Don't remember any of the names. The first one apparently ordered the wrong garage door panel - not insulated. I was told 2 weeks. When the next technician came out he discovered it was the wrong door. I was told another 2 weeks. When a month went by I finally called and was told it would be in in 2 days. Two guys came out this time and replaced the panel. They did test the door with the opener at the door and I tried it with the remote. It did work then. But 2 hrs. later when I left and tried to close the door it did the same thing it was doing before. Opening part way and then reversing - taking about 5 minutes to finally get the door up or down. So even though I apparently needed the garage door panel because it was bent - it did not solve my problem. Also, beside the delay, them not keeping me informed (me always having to call them) and it still not working, I was not allowed to take any discounts - $15.00 discount in current phone book, plus an additional veteran or senior discount. They wouldn't give me any.

Matthew called me almost instantly after I set up the appt for my garage door repair. He was at my house within 40 minutes! He was knowledgeable and friendly and diagonosed the problem very quickly. He set me up with repairs to my garage door and a new opener system in no time. It was all taken care of within about an hour and a half. I was very impressed with his service.

The repair and installation went very well. Brian is knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. He had a rookie along and I observed him teaching and cleaning up afterwards. Very impressed with Brian and his work ethic and knowledge. Good technician and obviously super nice person. Thanks

Perfect experience. Rich was professional and efficient in addressing our problem and repairing it in a timely manner. He explained everything, gave us our options and answered our questions. TraDER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF DIAGNOSIS ON WHAT APPEARED TO BE AN ACCUMULATION OF RELATIVELY MINOR PROBLEMS. Several previous techs visited and did not identify any of the problems Rich perceived and corrected - Arm brace adjustment, friction on door facing, etc. Question: I didn't think to ask Rick whether or not it would be practical to move the door out from the door facing a fraction ofan inch. Suggestions? Thanks, mx
