I can't really give an honest answer to any of the questions because you have not installed thr garage door yet. I have not seen the product yet. Only on paper.

Our situation was a late night emergency call. The technician arrived in the timeframe designated and was extremely efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. It took him approximately half an hour to remove the old system and install the new system.

Landon was incredibly helpful and overly communative throughout the process. From pricing and selection of the product to the ordering and installation Landon was there with information and assistance.

Billy provided excellent customer service from the time he called before arrival to the time he left. He was very thorough. He was awesome!

The salesperson, scheduler, and installer were all a pleasure to work with. The installer did an exceptional job of installing our new garage door and opener. In addition, he took time to help me program the keypad and the Home button in my car that I use to operate the opener. He also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the area when he completed his work. The way he routed the wiring to the sensors and the opener helped make the whole job look professionally installed--unlike our previous experience with another company.

Danny was fantastic! It was obvious he took pride in his work. He was incredibly thorough in repairing my garage door and took the time to make sure I fully understood how everything worked.

Three words: professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Billy quickly diagonosed the issues with my LiftMaster opener and then worked to get the entire unit replaced when it had a defunct part (rare). While he was there he also did a routine check-up on the door alignment and hinges and made sure I understood how the more advanced features functioned on the opener. Excellent service!
