For some reason the site wouldn't take my order, no matter how many times I clicked on "Place Order Now." I waited a few minutes, tried again. Nothing. FINALLY, after another 10 minutes or so----it allowed me to place my order.

I have been emailing the customer service dept about my charger replacement. I keep getting the same question and I have provided the information.
Over and over. None of the phone numbers that are given work. I have called three different numbers all of them don't work. Maybe after reading comment guidelines, something will be done for me.
