The wrong charger was shipped. (Wrong Magsafe connection for my MBP) I have emailed customer support twice, with no reply over two weeks. I came back to this website and found their return policy info contained a phone number. Two of them actually. BOTH of them would not connect durning business hours. WTF?

It *WAS* a bit annoying typing in my CC# like 7 or 8 times (SOLID numbers)...it CAN be done *SECURELY*, yet, still allow the customer the ability to modify another field WITHOUT blanking out the full credit card number (I'd be happy with JUST blanking out the CID #, those 3 digits alone would provide a base level of protection for a SAME session transaction, YET would also be convenient enough to the end-user). **PROBLEM SOLVED** (maybe...it *WOULD* just need to be implemented)!!!

Ordered a charger and got notification that it shipped (label printed) nearly instantly, 1 month later and still not delivered. Took them two weeks to actually get it to the DHL depot, another week to Seattle, and still not delivered, emailed the owner twice and zero responses. I would not send my enemies to these guys much less my friends. I could have ordered one straight from China and got it faster! I ordered two from a competitor for a few dollars more and had them before this one made it to the DHL originating depot.
