Ordering was very easy. Delivery time took too long. I was to understand if I ordered before 3 pm, it would ship same day. I placed my order well before 3 and it did not ship same day. Since I am just outside of Dallas, I expected the part to arrive much faster. Not really a big deal, but I was to understand that I would receive a free gift as well and that did not happen.

I purchased a MacBook battery charger online and was sent the wrong item. I returned the item on Oct 22, 2017 with confirmed receipt by 24hrchargers but as of this date 1-8-18 I have not received a refund or credit. I've tried calling this company several times but the phone number are no longer in service. Where is my refund!!
In 2016 I purchased two MacBook battery chargers and the wrong product was sent. I returned these and subsequently received the correct product. I didn't need these chargers but I liked having them on hand should I need them. So when I needed them in 2017, I plugged one into the outlet and within 24 hours the entire case has melted and began smoking. So I plugged in the second one and the same thing happened!! What a gip. I returned both of these melted charred chargers Oct 24, 2017 also with confirmed receipt, and requested a refund for these as well. I have not received even a comment from the company concerning the melted chargers (that could have burnt my house down); much less a refund for any of these three returned chargers. Please Beware, this company may be out of business since the phones don't work; but I still want my refund.
One other issue, I was charged $30 more (for the two chargers that melted) than the amount that is recorded in my online account history at 24hrchargers! I received no comment on this matter either from the company.

The charger quit working after just 2 months and even though they say on their website they "have a 90 day
return policy" and how "happy they want their customers to be" and "100% satisfaction is guaranteed", NONE
of that is true. You can get a refund only within 30 days, they expected ME to pay the return postage and then they would send me another (probably faulty) cord. Good money after bad? No thanks.
Buy elsewhere so your money and your purchase is guaranteed!!!
