Customer service was fantastic! I ordered 500 koozies for my wedding (probably later than I should have) picked the wrong shipping at check out and I had to contact customer service to make sure I would receive the koozies prior to the wedding. They responded within 24 hours and my koozies were shipped that same week! Also cannot beat the price! Everything came exactly as described!

Item arrived a couple days later than estimated date of arrival. I love them except for the teal imprint is a little more green than I expected but it will be fine as I am using different shades of teal anyway.

Printing and colors were good. The shape of them is a little crooked, but overall okay.

Artwork we sent was a circle and ended up looking more like an oval - sounds like this is a standard thing for fabric to stretch during printing. If you want artwork to be printed true, you may want to go with the foam and not the neoprene.
