Got what I ordered. They were smaller than I thought. The font was also a little weird because my fiances name had random uppercase letters in it. But other than that I like them.

I didn't receive my full order because some were messed up and when I contacted them the customer service was terrible and was told they could not replace my cups.

I didn't receive my full order due to cups being messed up and was told that they could not replace these cups. This was upsetting as these are for my wedding. There is no phone number that can be called to solve these issues they are email only which makes things harder to deal with.
