We customized our own cups and the designer listened to everything we wanted and was so easy to work with! Everything on the companies end was great! However as a heads up to future brides/grooms/etc, be very careful with sizing! We thought 12oz sounded great but they are smaller than you would think, this was something we messed up on our own. Next time we would absolutely pick 16oz especially for keg beer and mix drinks.

the white plastic has black marks through it. Really shows on the rim of the cups.

I called about my order and the person taking the call couldn't understand my question at all. I received the napkins first and was waiting on the cups. All she had to tell me was that they were shipped separately, but instead she told me I had to contact the warranty department because my order was lost. Made me upset and mad for no reason.
