While we enjoy the postcards we have ordered through Postcardmania, we have struggled with the overall experience.
So far only a few of our orders have gone through without any issues, which has been a burden on our company as we've spent more time on solving problems and trying to get in touch with Postcardmania reps than we'd like. Some of the issues we have run into: being sent more postcards than we ordered, getting a different quality on one postcards than all the others, being sent the wrong proof and spending days getting a hold of our rep to fix it, and time wise the order process takes way too long.
We have received no businesses through our postcards, but as we provided our own lists, this may be the cause.
Most of the reps we have talked to and been in contact with at postcardmania are friendly, and they do their best to solve the issues that we run into. However, there have been times when we have not received a reply to our emails in over a week, and we had to call for two days and leave messages before we got a response to our email.
We truly wanted ordering through postcardmania to be easier, as we love the quality of the postcards, but at this point we believe the time spent on the orders (before and after) is weighing down the overall experience.

My postcards where mailed somewhat late. The one that was mailed to my home was misprinted. I reported that problem and have never heard another word. I paid for a internet landing page to go along with the postcards - which means it needed to be in place at the time that postcards arrived at customer homes. I did not even have the first proof at that time!!~ I have reported this problem and told I expected a refund. Have not gotten a response so far. Just a few days though.
Why is it that I have to keep reporting things you people should know, be reaching out to me, apologizing, offering to make it right???

Mandy Day has always been helpful for our requests and patient with how long it takes us to make decisions. This will be our first time to try the DM2.0 and we appreciate the team making sure we have each step completed so we can benefit from this tool.
