Everything has been great but the end results. I have made 3 mailings and only have on qualified prospect. I had higher expectations on results.

We have been incredibly happy with our service from PCM. They are attentive to details I wouldn't otherwise think about and make sure for each of our campaigns we are successful and satisfied. I love having a personal sales representative that I can build relationship with and contact directly. Amy is awesome!

We are long time customers, but have not used PM services since 2014. My most recent experience was disappointing, and not consistent with previous direct mail campaigns. It was difficult to make initial contact - I sent multiple emails to old reps before finally calling the call center to get a quote "from scratch". I found the quote and production process to be slow, disorganized and poor internal communication (Hurricane Irma aside). Services that used to be included are now fee-based add-on's (E. g. mail tracking). Web interface to track the production was basically non-operational (no job inforation available). Mailing is just now dropping, so I can't speak to how the rest of the process will go from here. Apparently they switched to a new web system, so that may be crux of the problem, but it needs to get ironed out if PM wants to retain our business.

Samantha and Michele have been a great support in our direct mailer campaigns. They take the time to understand our strategy and they also respond promptly to our asks. Looking forward to implementing the next campaigns with them.

Sometimes you don't get what you think at first, however, Postcardmania always goes out of their way to get you what you need and make your experience a great one. I have used them repeatedly. I always feel like I was treated fairly.

Way too slow. So the next time I order I'll say to myself well do I really have three weeks to wait for an order? or should I just get it somewhere else? And it was not the hurricane the slowness occurred before.

I was so happy with the great job that PC Mania did on my first post card, I put in an order for a second campaign! Zach has a very gentle nature and I'm comfortable with his energy. Did not pressure me or try to sell me on anything I did not need.
I'll come back with a review once I see who successful each campaign turn out to be.
