This survey is a great example of why PCM is frustrating at times to work with. "Review PCM with One-Click" was the title. Turns out it's not one click. Is the survey complicated? No, but it's not what you lured me in with. I find the same to be true with your promotions; you operate from a hidden-fee-read-the-fine-print-that's-only-limited-to-certain-customers kind of business model, which comes across as dishonest and deceptive.

Would of liked to have had a single point person instead of 3 or 4 for different aspects of job (list, design, sale, marketing code, etc.); otherwise, very quick response time.....just difficult to integrate the different processes.

I have used PostcardMania several different times for postcard marketing campaigns and I have been extremely impressed by all aspects of working with the company. The quality of the products is great, but what is most striking is how great the customer service team is. On my orders, I've worked with between 3-5 people at once and every single one is friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive to questions and requests. I've recommended PostcardMania to other people and will continue to do so in the future.

Fast, budget friendly and helpful for anything from direct mail to email promotions. Very easy to work with. I have been using them for years.

There have been several errors that have occurred during the four postcards I have done with Postcardmania:
1. Wrong return sender address after sending out
2. Incorrect budgeting for a print project that left me with 1,000 extra cards
3. Glaring typos in creative designs and then waiting two days to get a new version
4. Not great creative - or at least inconsistent creative
Additionally, I hate that literally every time I go online I have a Postcardmania advertisement following me from site to site.

It was the first time we had done any marketing and I was impressed with the design and how the cards looked (I was put on the mailing list so I received one at my house). We got a few new clients from it and will definitely do it again.
