My experience with the service tech was the worst! He did not thoroughly check out issues with the door. The entire pole was not screwed into the wall and he totally missed it. I had to have someone else come out and repair the garage door after paying Precision Garage Door.
The senior tech was trying to buy the Jet Ski in my garage and everything else he saw sitting there.
He asked if I wanted to sell the microwave as well.
After the visit he called me several times to ask if I would sell him the Jet Ski. I told him about the terrible job he did when he was here inspecting the garage door, he apologized.
The Senior Tech was training new employee. What an awful person to have training a new tech.

Our customer rep was also the one who fixed our old oak garage doors. He did a great job and gave us lots of confidence that this old house can have a charming future.

I needed a new garage door installed. I called other companies that either did not respond or took forever to respond. I chatted with precision door at 7 and a tech was out before 10. There were some bumps in the road but life is not perfect and nothing that could not be fixed. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the new door.

My installer/repairman was Mike Jolly. He really did a great job of fixing my issue with the garage door.
He not only fixed the issue, but he went further to correct problems that could cause the issue from happening again. I see why your name is Precision. The garage runs smoothly and quiet. It's much better than before the service call. Thank you and Thank HomeAdvisor for your help!

Mark is a excellent representative of your company. He was very professional, friendly, and experienced at his craft. The work was done, replacing the main spring, changing out rollers, installing a new garage door opener, and making sure all components were in working order.

The customer service when I called was great, and the Installer that did the work was great he called when was on his way, he got there approx 4hrs ahead of the scheduled time expected, he was very informative of what I needed as a preventive maintenance, he was very professional and had a great personality, and worked very quickly on my door,

I can't say enough on how responsive, accommodating, and effective this company was. They sent someone out quickly and he not only fixed the problem, he fixed smaller issues while he was there. I was very satisfied with the repair and the customer service.

The serviceman who came to my house was very pleasant while at the same time always professional. He went to a great deal of trouble to find out the source of the problem (which wasn't immediately obvious). He then corrected the problem, explained to me exactly what was wrong and how he had fixed it. He gave me tips on maintaining the door. He was an excellent advertisement for your company. I would call him again in a minute. You are lucky to have him.

The men showed up early. They told me what I needed and how much it would cost. They said 45 minutes to do the job and it took that long, very professional very neat work.

Our Repair man was named Mike, he was so knowledgeable and professional we could not believe it. He gave us a quote and did the job right then and there as we needed it done asap, and the quality of work was of the highest performance. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and everyone.
