The person who showed up to fix our problem was very professional and on time, he did what had to be done and as far as I'm concerned did a little extra which I didn't expect. The work was done in a timely manner. I've used Precision Garage Door now for a few years and I wouldn't use anyone else.

A very nice job, but rather expensive.

The first installment in July, the installer said he would be here at 9 am. Instead he was here at 7 am. The communication is lacking. Then when he did install the door, the top panels didn't match the last two rows. So we had to wait on that order. Lastly, today, August 19th- the email said they would be here at 1 PM. The lady on the phone said between 11-1 pm. Yet the installer calendar 10:15 am. I appreciate the motivation and such- but when you give a time frame- you should stick with that time frame. We missed them because he called so early and was ready before the slotted time. Just a suggestion: this should be worked on regarding this and not having the proper door panels in July for installation.

The repair man quoted me a price over one thousand dollars, parts and labor to replace the cables, springs, and crossbar, etc. The very next company I called guaranteed me a price of $315.00 all parts and labor. The second price is approx. what I expected to pay. I'm not happy with Precision overhead garage door.

Mike is very professional and personable representative. He was quick, arrived on time and provided valuable information on what to look for, why things wear out, etc. We will definitely use this company and request Mike again for our other needs.

Mike the technician was great. My personality dictates that I know every step of the process in advance and why. This is multiple times I have used your company (yup Landlord) All the in the field people are great.

My garage door was replaced as soon as possible after the initial visit. The technician arived on time: however he had to return to the place he had come from because something had not been loaded onto his truck. He worked by himself very hard: he was supposed to have a partner. Because of the extra travel time back and forth, and working alone, the estimated project time took much longer than estimated. I had to cancel and/or juggle my appointments for the day because of this. I felt that I should have been compensated for this. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call saying another technician was coming to replace a damaged part of the new door.It had been damaged when installed. The " compensation" for all this was $20.00 off my bill. If I would ever need this service again, I would definitely shop around.

Tyler patiently explained estimates to attempt to repair my broken door but that with broken and rusted hinges, worn wheels, bent track and that he could not get those parts, so I had the door fixed, there would be little assurance it would not just keep breaking again. He also appraised my other garage door for safety and said it was 'ok' but probably on borrowed time

Your service technician Steve performed yeoman service, excellent customer interaction and went above and beyond in what was a difficult situation -- The door was basically a commercial sized insulated unit.

If one downside - the reason I didn't give 5 stars on the overall was the cost, a bit higher than I had expected, although I admit I don't have regular contact with overhead door service companies.

I really appreciate being accommodated on a Sunday morning.... and on time! The guys were friendly and informative. Will definitely use your services again!
