I would not hesitate to call this company for their services...Technician was very informative on safety....what I needed done...etc ..etc .I have old hardware.....so I'm sure it was tedious at times....He did a wonderful job... I am pleased.....Thank you Tyler

Nicholas was delayed by another job he was on and was therefore unable to arrive at my house between 10am and 2 p.m., as arranged. However, he called me twice to let me know how far along he was, which I greatly appreciated. And when he got here, he went right to work to solve my garage-door problem. His good communication is why I gave Precision five stars. In the end, the door problem was simpler to solve than seemed likely. Nicholas mentioned various solutions and their ball-park prices, which helped me make a decision. All in all, a very positive experience.

YouTube video should include showing how to open a garage door with a broken spring. We thought our car was stranded in the garage. The service tech opened it by pulling it up while my wife pushed the button. It would have been nice to know that. I could not find anything like that on YouTube.

The guys were both very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything I needed to know about my door and did an excellent job.

The price that the technicians quoted me when they arrived was more than double what i was told over the phone. Therefore, I did not have them perform the service that they were scheduled to do. I called the company immediately to follow up on what transpired, and was told a manager would call me back to discuss. Still haven't received a call back, so i scheduled the service with another company that charged me a much more appropriate price, and kept it consistent with what they quoted me over the phone. Would NOT recommend.

It's a little early for comments, The iniatial visit for estimating the work and rang eof prices offered was fine.

I normally do not write reviews and if I do, it's likely a complaint. I have no complaints today! My experience, start to finish, was excellent. I called on a Monday evening, spoke to a live person, and had a service person out the next morning. Can't ask for more than that!!! It was fixed right away and it's now better than ever! I would not hesitate to call them again. Oh and our service rep was very polite and courteous (Allen).

Technicians were terrific! Very professional and explained everything. Were prompt and called when on their way. Polite, well mannered. Ryan and Adam are great assets to your company!

Mike was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and a great listener, plus a very pleasant person.

Brian & Tim work well together as a team. Tim focused on the safety inspection of the job and execution of work while Brian took the time out to educate me on the workings of the garage and maintenance care needed. Thanks again!

Technician Ryan and his apprentice Tyler were very professional and kind. They explained everything and went over things that I can do. Excellent service!

Quick response, professional service, very understanding and kind. Explained the root cause, what was fixed , and adjustments to make sure the door behaved as expected ( and better).
