Be sure to follow the lable instructions, by lowering the spectified chemicals in your pool first in order for stains to disappear. I made sure I did and I saw the stains fading away after 2 1/2 hours.

Used it, but it really had no effect on the stains on my pool's plaster. There was shipping issues, as the Mayland post office seemed to lose track of the package, and I was receiving notes from your company saying that the package was lost, offered shipping refund, and asked if I wanted to reorder the product. The chemicals arrived the next day. I was given a refund for the shipping charge, and will use your company if I need to order chemicals in the future that I can not find locally.
