After conversations with the customer service team, we still ended up with the wrong artwork. When I called to discuss the matter, I was shocked at the operator's glee in telling me it was my fault that the order was processed as is. I will never work with this company again.

Online order was difficult to use. When speaking to a rep, I was lulled into thinking all artwork would be fixed as discussed. When this was not the case, the company told me it was my fault for the way the order turned out. I will never use this company again. Buyers beware!

Printing was way to dark, and the bleed in the fabric makes detail lines a blurry mess :-\ (full color rastered photo) Hopefully they won't keep it in the press as long next time around. Time-Temp-pressure all have to be in sync, and apparently they are more carefree than I ever was. The Flag, sewing and material were fine

Your website is horribly outdated and annoying. Nice directions and templates, but they are not easily findable. Uploading after payment and not seeing a proof before payment is absurd.
