Very happy with the price, which was my deciding factor in choosing a vendor. Was happily surprised with the delivery time, I bought it for fathers day and it arrived in plenty of time. Appreciated the email updates, and the contact on the phone was pleasant and efficient. If the power cable didn't require an Australian adapter, I would be 100% happy, but I'll settle for 99.5%! Thanks.

It was not clear if the extra battery I purchased was Nikon brand or not
The prices are very competitive.
Whether shipping was free or not was confusing as I had to deselect it several times

Pretty good, only one concern prior to shipping out make sure the langauge set up fits the country destination as mine was in Romanian, managed to google and change it to english.

misleading shipping information

I originally thought the product was in Australia, and as I needed it for a weekend wedding, and placed my order before the 1pm deadline, I thought I could possibly get it in time. I didn't, and it sat in Brisbane for a day (when there are at least 8-10 commercial flights to Townsville each day. Otherwise, I'm happy with the lens, but as I was pushed for time, I also didn't get to give the comparitive price a go. Next time maybe!! Emails were good, communications were good. Thanks

when the 7d camera was received it did not have the cable charger but the wall plug charger also did not have the genuine booklet in it but a copied stappled manual. Want to know was this a refurbished or brand new item. if this was refurbished your site does not specify this & would be considering a refund & will shop elsewhere.
