When I sent an email requesting some information I receive an immediate response, the response was very helpful and the speed of its arrival very much appreciated. The only problem with my order was I ordered Premium which I understood to offer a free upgrade to Express Post. However when I got to the payment section $15 was added to the amount for Express Post. I then went back into the options and deselected the Express Post option. Not sure how that works? Cheers, June
