Ordered a product, said it was successful, later on got an email saying it was delayed, then a few days later the order was canceled, with no explanation. My wife needs the product, and I could have tried ordering it from elsewhere in the meantime had I known it was going to just end up canceled. Not a good way to show a new customer that he should shop here. Now I have to try and find that needed product elsewhere and have her go without until it arrives. If a product says "delayed," that usually means it's going to come in, just later. If you don't have the stock, just say it. There's a difference between needing something for medical reasons and an order for something trivial where a delay or cancel doesn't put any burden on a person. At least the refund was immediate.

Submitted an order, was told it was successful through automated email. A few days later, was notified that it was delayed on backorder, but expected to arrive in 10-15 days. Ok, usually that means it's coming in to them and will just be late. Fine. A few days later, just saw a refund in my email and no other notice that the order was canceled. This wasn't for candy or something trivial where not being able to get it isn't a real problem. It was for a medical issue, and there was a chance I good have ordered it from elsewhere to have it here as needed, but because I was not notified that the product wasn't actually there, I didn't see a need to. Now, I have to try and find the product and get it here in time, and have lost a week because I was strung along. If the product is not immediately available, list it on the site that way.
