I love this PEP therapy device. Was given one in an ER, and it is helpful to break up chest congestion during colds and asthma episodes. Wanted to have a couple at the ready. Very good price.

No clear instructions

My pulmonologist told me to get this. I ordered it and it arrived promptly. However I am a little confused on how to use it but that is because I really didn't get any instructions from my doctor.
