I like using it but the cup started giving me problems after 6 months with their recommended cleaning. The cost to replace the cup was extremely disappointing!

I researched the heck out of this machine and others before buying and all seemed well. They are fantastic for six weeks and then start to fall apart. Maybe if you do one or two short treatments a day this is the machine for you but don’t get the connection wet, you might have to boil the mouthpiece more than once a week . Very persnickety. Have read other reviewers and I’m not far off. A great machine for trips and little usage.
