The one I recieved did not work. Did not have attachments. I called. The representative said he'd be sending out a new one, with attachments. I have yet to recieve it. Still haven't been able to doa treatment in 2 weeks.

I use this nebulizer mostly in the winter months for treating COPD. A new one was needed to replace my existing one so your company was contacted by e-mail and the replacement arrived in a few days. The process was extremely easy without any delays or problems. Your customer service is excellent.
