At first took some practice to get the right position for it to work properly. They are very over priced. They said they can't be reused how ever they can. You can take them apart wash them in very hot soup and water then use a desinfectan and put them back together.

I was happy with this bag when I went for a walk but I didn't realize how the belt was run through the bag and slept with it on only to wake up in a puddle of urine! I'm glad I didn't get a case of them! Did I get a faulty bag or are we expected to change to an overnight bag every night? Not a happy camper........

The product works like it says except the urinal part does not sit down on the flat side looks like where the connection is between urinal and tubing. The urine goes out of the urinal into the bag really fast. The bed is still wet in the morning but maybe not as bad.
