I had initiated a chat with Jaime regarding the length of the tube from the urinalysis to the collection bag and she said she didn't have that information but would get it and get back to me. That was Tuesday and I have not heard from anyone yet!

This was the first time I use the Advantage Close Fit Male Urinal System, on my husband at night and it worked great. I would like to know you have different urinal styles?

The product works like it says except the urinal part does not sit down on the flat side looks like where the connection is between urinal and tubing. The urine goes out of the urinal into the bag really fast. The bed is still wet in the morning but maybe not as bad.
