I felt cheated because I thought the mask and headgear kit would include the mask frame which is the reason I placed the order to start with. When the new parts arrived I was grieved to find no replacement for my currently broken mask frame in the package... I looked and it didn't mention the frame individually but I was under the impression that it was included with the headgear mask combination. Now I am still unable to use my machine due to broken frame and cannot find the frame individually. My only course of action now would be to purchase another kit.... making this experience cost me at least double what it should. Other than that... the order was here in a timely manner.
