I had been searching for the replacement pump for my Cal Spa for a week now. I contacted Cal Spa for a replacement order number or SKU and I received 2 different product numbers and they were both 2HP pumps and I needed a 5HP pump. Not to mention, it has been difficult in finding a replacement because the original pump is no longer available. Your web site had made it very easy for me to compare my old pump's specifications to the pumps you have available. Thank you for remedying a huge headache and by making my life easier finding what I needed. It is also a plus that shipping costs are included.

We were thrilled that we could find this part for a 14 year old spa! And it is perfect, the spa is up and running again. Our only concern was the packaging - the box was slightly crushed and open around the flap, but the part was wrapped in bubble wrap, so luckily suffered no damage.

I have an older Walmart Hot Tub that the Controller went out on. I could not find a replacement OnLine anywhere. I sent pictures of my unit and control panel to BW Spa parts and they in a relatively short time notified me of the Controller and Control Panel that would work with my Tub. Purchased and installed it in a very short time and it has been working without issue ever since.
