Easy and quick.

I had a hard time finding anyone locally who would even come out and look at the tub. just browsed websites and came across yours. and you had the part. hot tub was purchased in 2002. and the dealer closed doors 10 years ago. thanks for matching the part perfectly. have a happy holiday and a great new year. and wish me luck in getting this tub running again.

Item arrived on time and in good shape.
I had a little trouble at first after installing the new circuit board. It came with almost no instructions.
There is a white wire connecting neutral white to Red AC on the main 240V input. It's propose is to cross two hot wire. It worked great after I removed this wire and trashed it. If you leave this wire in it will just kick off your breaker every time. It seems to be working well now and hopefully it will last many years.

site was easy and the parts arrived very quickly

This was the second time I've had to replace the electronics for my Vita Duet, so I was looking for a quick order process and good shipping. I was pleased with the experience online at BW Spa Parts. I ordered on Sunday evening, and my order shipped Monday evening. Arrived Thursday, which was a day earlier than I expected. I hope I don't have to replace the electronics again, but if I do I will buy from BW.

Availability was another reason. Not real thrilled about handling charges.

Everything was great till you added "Handling"

Part came in and had a temp sensor with cord that barely reached out of the spa pack. I had to use the one on my heater to make it work. The pressure sensor also had a different jack on the circuit board, but I can't blame that on anyone. I guess I will have to order a switch that matches the spa pack connector.
Overall, spa pack is great and went installation was straight forward. Thanks, Lou...
