I was initially worried after ordering from here as I read reviews that warned me not to. The site stated delivery between 4-8 days and after a week and a half I decided to get in contact to chase up the order which had been 'processed'. They said it had been put through and that the couriers should be in contact soon. Another few days later, the couriers had not been in touch so I emailed again to ask for the courier details, which they didn't have yet. They also said they sent me a text message to arrange delivery for the next day but i received no such text. The wardrobe did arrive in the end and it is of good quality (for the price you pay!), I just suggest keeping on top of them and making sure you keep contact otherwise you may end up waiting a month for your order.

Absolutely disgusting customer service received. I place the order after the customer service team confirmed the item was in stock. They took my money and then sped me a web of lies on the delivery date. It got to about 6 weeks later that they gave in admitted that the delivery people had damaged the goods and there was none to deliver. I chased them every week and they fed me more lies. Eventually they offered me a refund and I am still waiting for that after a further 2 weeks. They deceived me in order to defraud me of my money. Now they are spinning me more lies when I ask when will I get a refund. In my opinion do not deal with this company. Shocking customer service.

Delivery meant to be within 4-5 days I waited 2wks and got refused delivery cost refund so won't be shopping with site again.

The price of the items were good.
To improve further I would recommend that the company keeps its customers a little more updated about their order as we were unaware what day it would be delivered until I rang up. We were then told we would receive a rough time of delivery but the items just turned up.

Delivery two weeks late.
Still awaiting promised compensation.
Overall very disappointed with service.
Was promised goods twice and only received after me ringing every day for a week or more!!!

10 -15 days advertised delivery time turned out to be six weeks. Had to chase company by e-mail and phone, given three different dates that the item of furniture would be ex-factory. Customer service, although very pleasant, should have been pro-active not reactive when it was obvious timesacle would not be met.

website, discount and delivery options seem good. I will reserve further comment until I see the product.
The product is fine and I am pleased with the cabinet and price paid. The delivery was a right mess. I ordered the cabinet on 26 July and it was delivered on the 12 September. I had lots of messages and apologies but for a company that claims to give excellent customer service and deliver within 4 10 days furniture UK have failed. If the order had not arrived today (12 September) I would have cancelled the order.
