The drawers I ordered were missing the assembly instructions. An email and quick call and within a flash I had received an apology and an email with the instructions attached.
The fact that the instructions were missing was not Furniture UK's fault but they took immediate, personal, effective ownership of the problem. For that they get 5 stars from me. Well done and thank you.

Originally I was excited about my order. The delivery time stated was 7 working days. This never happened. I had to continually chase up the order with Customer Services. Then when the order finally arrived it was not as described on the website. The website had said it was solid wood when in fact it was laminated ply wood. I then had to continually chase up having the items collected again as they were not right. Then when the items had been returned to them and checked, I had to keep chasing up my refund. The customer Services team never seem to be able to give times / dates for any aspect of the order and subsequent return of the products.

Brilliant, can not fault this Company the chest of drawers is of medium quality but for the price I paid I am not faulting it,and could not find any other chest of drawers on the high street or on line to equal it.
Customer Service was spot on finding out information for me, quick response from them and a call back.
Delivery was a bit delayed but was kept up to date with the situation.
I will be using this Company again also will recommend it.
