My Breitling Glactic watch was running 1.5min slow. WatchRepair timed the watch and replaced some needed parts. When I got the watch back, it looked just as it did new. In addition, it now keep prefect time confirmed by the atomic clock app on my phone.

I can't thank you enough for the great work done on my Rolex watch. My watch is 20 yrs old and when I sent it in, it was in pretty sad condition. The bracelet was loose, the winder did not hold, the crystal was chipped and so much more was bad.
I send it off to Watch Repair and Jeff and Marc made a remarkable come back on the watch. I got it back 24th Dec. and when I open the box with my watch in it, I was amazed at how beautiful it looked and how everything worked. It looked exactly the same as when I first purchased it. Recently, my Rolex Submariner quit ticking. I looked in my area to find a jeweler for repair. There were none that would touch a Rolex. I went online in search of Rolex repair or shops that would service a Rolex. I found a website named watchrepair.net, their site appeared professional. As most people, it is hard to trust an unknown site with such a valuable time piece. After speaking with the owner, Jeff several times and reading multiple testimonials from previous customers, my apprehension was lowered. I took a leap of faith and sent my watch. As far as contacts and quotes, all facets of what Jeff and Marc stated were addressed. I received my Submariner on 1/15/19, which was sooner than quoted. Outstanding! I was impressed with the very safe shipping box they provided for my Omega MEGAQUARTZ 32 CAL. 1310. More impressed, that after about 3 weeks is deadly accurate, the factory claim is accurate towithin 5 seconds a month. My watch was handled with care, personal service and I would not hesitate to use Watch Repair.net again.

I bought my oyster perpetual date just in 1990. I've had it serviced twice before. I'm quite pleased with the watchrepair.net solution I recently experienced. The watch looks new and of course keeps good time.

I suppose one could hunt around for a local bricks and mortar entity, but this arrangement worked out great for me.
