I was extremely scepitical of sending my Panerai watch to a place I was unaware of.after speaking to Jeff Herman on the phone he sent me references of past customers. I called more then 15 of them and all had good things to say about Watch repair.net. Now my background I am a retired NYPD detective with major trust issues. I liked talking to Jeff Herman about his business on the phone but that still wasn't enough. So I surprised him and called him and said I was in Florida where one of his repair centers was.Jeff had no problem meeting me and made me feel comfortable to leave my $7500 watch with him. The repair was done very fast and returned to me very professional package.my repair was excellent and my watch was returned looking and working like new. So I highly recommend watch repair.net for your repairs. Honest people and excellent work.

I've worn my Rolex GMT- Master every day for the past 40 years regardless of activities and believe me it showed it. Although I had it cleaned and mechanically serviced 20 years ago it was in serious need of a new bezel ,crystal,band repairs,etc. Jeff's staff did a fantastic job and returned the watch looking as good as new. I very pleased with the results and hope to continue daily use.

I sent my Breitling Navitimer 806 in for cleaning and repair. The watch came back looking like new. However, there was an issue with the chronograph function. I contacted the company; and, sent it back for further evaluation. The watch was returned to me with all features functioning properly, in a timely manner. Mr. Hermann and his staff are to be commended for their professionalism and courtesy. I have come away with a very positive experience. Many companies can sell a customer a service. However, if a warranty issue arises, many can be slow to respond in a proper manner. The true worth of a company is measured by how it stands behind it's work. I would not hesitate to send my watch

I inherited my 1947 Rolex Oyster Perpetual about 25 years ago from uncle's estate. I wore it off and on about 20 years ago. Since then it was sitting in a box. I sent the watch to Jeff and Marc of WatchRepair.net. It had issues and needed to have repairs. They completely overhauled the watch including the rebuilding the auto wind mechanism. It arrived today and is working beautifully. I hope it will live on for at least another 72 years.

My Breitling Aerospace arrived and looked brand new just as it did when I purchased it about 20 years ago. It not only looks great but keeps perfect time and all auxiliary functions work as new. Thank you so much for a great result.

Tag Heuer. This is the second watch we've had repaired/serviced by watchrepair.net, and have been pleased with both watches. They are not inexpensive, but they have done nice work. Both watches looked brand new when returned. Have two more watches that I plan to send them for servicing, so obviously have been satisfied.

After 60 plus years my vintage Breitling Navitimer Chronograph decided to stop. So glad I decided it was time for a complete overhaul. Now that its back on my wrist where it belongs I no longer feel a part of me is missing. Looking at my phone to tell the time of day was never an option.

Shipped my Breitling on Jan 18th 2019 got it back on Feb 8th 2019 WOW WOW WOW my watch never looked so good or ran so good
