The patch is very small so it can be worn without being seen. I wore mine on the inside of my wrist. I felt the difference wearing it as I had more energy and generally felt good. It is to be worn for 24hrs and once per week so the box has enough for 4 weeks. It stayed pretty good in the shower as long as I left it alone too! I would endorse this product.

I get sinus and ear infections and it make my balance off... first thing i noticed was my baIance was better! I feel better. Energy and clear minded.I can't wait to try Melatonin cream.

I tried this product as I was very tired all the time. The first month I did not notice any difference but wanted to keep trying. I bought another month and after using those 4 patches, still no change. I had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone. The first 2 times I left my information and no one ever called back. I am waiting for my refund.

I have been using B12 patches over the last couple of years and have made purchase from different retailers. Needless to say B12 patches provide a surge of energy. It seems all patches are made by one company. However pricing of Vita Sciences seems to be far higher when compared to B12 patches from other retailers. Just wonder why VitaSciences is runing after obnoxious profits. Its a 2 star for me purely based on product pricing.

One milligram a day will not correct a deficiency. You need to take 5mg. a day to bring your level up!!!

i am sure customers like this b12, because selenium can give a testosterone boost which can make any feel good. I they wana make a b12 patch, then they should make it solo b12, why didnt they make that? and for info of all, selenium has a lot of side effects

I buy these for my wife because the insurance company will not cover B12 shots and the sublingual tablets affect her mouth. She tried other patches, but Vita Sciences' patches have worked the best for her. Thank you.

I tried the Max Absorb B-12 patch but it caused severe itching at the site of the patch. So I switched to the regular B-12 patch. It also caused itching, not as severe, but uncomfortable anyway. I might try the lotion, but if it doesn't last 4 weeks (as the patches do), I will not purchase it a second time. (too expensive)

Saw the B12 Patch in a catalog and decided they might be better than the pills as the pills tend to be mostly sugar. I am on my third one and I love it. I apply it on Sat morning and remove it Sun morning and feel more energy most of the week. I just ordered 2 more boxes. Thank you!

Started using the B-12 patch because I have an autoimmune disease and B12 is supposed to help. I've done B12 research before in a lab and I know that taking pills aren't the way to do it. Getting a shot is the best way but this is next best I think. I've been using the patch for so long I don't know what life without it is like. But when I forget to use it weekly, I'm too tired to function. Enough said.

When I first discovered that I was B-12 deficient, I had no choice but to give myself an injection of the vitamin into my leg. That was pretty awful, and, given that I travel all the time for work, I was very concerned about the hassle of trying to travel with needles and vials of B-12. After doing some research online, I discovered this product and decided to give it a try. After a couple of months, my blood levels were checked again and, lo and behold, the patch did what it said it would! No more needles, no more injections! Now, just an easy patch to put behind my ear once a week! I am very grateful for this product which gives me the B-12 I greatly need in such an easy and convenient format! Thank you, Vita Sciences!!

Great product! I have anemia due to B-12 deficiency because I have problems absorbing it orally. So the patches have worked great. I can't find them in retail stores and once tried another patch brand I found on the net but it didn't work as well. With the inconvenience of being a daily dose. I'm really happy.

I started using these patches about a year ago. Results was not over night. I even missed some weeks. But I received blood levels the other day and my levels are now normal. First thing I noticed about the patches was I had more energy. I wore the patch from about 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. Vitamin B-12 in the shots I could not take I always had a reaction, and it the oral brand gave me a lot of stomach upset, plus played with my blood sugar. I really like these, I didn't know they existed until I saw them on line.

Since finding myself so exhausted along with no memory left (all filled) I took to the net to investigate what I could take naturally to boost me up. Knowing that B12 is an energy lifter, I came across this patch. Nothing to digest, once a week application. Sounds good to me! Well, I immediately saw an increase in my energy along with I can focus and recall the simple things each day! In the stages of menopause, I've read these are also symptoms so I had to do something. I would highly recommend buying this if you find yourself in the same mode.

I have tried this before but decide to go cheap and buy another cheaper patch, bad idea. These patches stay on the required time to get all the benefits needed, unlike other patches which come off rather easily. I highly recommend these.

Doesn't seem as entirely effective as shots, but it's really close. Wonderful for those who don't like needles, or for traveling where it would just be inconvenient to take needles. I can keep in my drawer at work or home.

My mom and I are unable to absorb b-12 orally and so we usually have to get injections but with this product we no longer have to incur the expense or inconvenience of having to go to the doctor for our injections.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in June of 2011. I started taking these patches in July of 2012. EVERYONE around me (and I personally) have seen a huge difference and improvement in my daily functions as a result of these patches. My headaches and dizziness were gone immediately, and I have more energy, and over time my eyesight (as a result of optic neuritis) has improved gradually. I also notice a difference (for the worse) when/if I go extended periods WITHOUT wearing this patch. My symptoms come back or worsen, and are immediately relieved/eradicated once I wear a patch for a few hours. My mom was diagnosed some 35 years ago with a vitamin b12 deficiency - so she wears these patches too, and we all have noticed that she has so much more energy and even LOOKS younger (not so worn out) than she used to. My sisters as well notice a huge difference; we all have a unique, but positive, experience with these patch-supplements.
