Having a hard time sleeping throughout the night, I was very happy to receive this product. I don't like taking sleeping pills, but I wake up during the night & have an issue falling back to sleep due to stress from the previous day. Last night I woke up at 3 am & applied this product, not knowing if it would help or not. To my surprise I woke up at 8 am & realized that I was able to go back to sleep with ease, & didn't even realize it! I think I found my new best friend LOL.

I'm a grown up with kids and a job and bills and people who sometimes get on my nerves, so I'm no stranger to stress. I'm frequently looking for products and strategies to help me deal with my stress in a healthier way than stress-eating a dozen donuts in one sitting and then hating myself afterward. Along came Theracalm! To the rescue! The ingredient line up seems pretty good in terms of stress fighting powerhouses. I also really like the idea of not taking pills. I don't like pills. Pills stress me out. Theracalm comes in a small pump bottle. It has a very mild and pleasant herbal aroma. I smelled something a bit like peppermint, though not overwhelming. I was really glad it didn't smell bad. Bad smells stress me out. I used one pump, and massaged into my arms. While I was waiting for it to completely absorb into my skin, I read the back of the bottle. It said not to drive or operate heavy machinery. I sat at my kitchen bar for 20 minutes waiting to see if I felt too drowsy to drive a crane or a fork lift. I never got drowsy. I also didn't get stressed about it. This is a nice product for using when you feel a bit stressed out and need to just stop and do something mindful, like rub herbal lotion on your arms, or maybe color a mandala in an adult coloring book, or maybe sitting in lotus pose saying ommmmmm. It's nice, but it isn't a miracle, and if you have severe anxiety, I doubt it will help tremendously. I'm pleased with the price point for the amount of product, and the effects, and the ingredient list. And while I did get a small percentage off the list price in order to test drive the product and report on my experience, I can see myself continuing to purchase Theracalm and keeping in my bag with my coloring books and yoga mat. It's nice. It gives you something to think about instead of stressing out over whether you should drive a crane or a fork lift (neither after using this product!)

i have felt calmer but of course don't expect a miracle. easy to apply and absorbs quickly. i love taking these supplements now in cream form now. it's so convenient.

Works amazing! Helped me before going to bed last night. Had a lot going on and needing help getting calm and this worked wonders. I fell asleep and slept all night. Definitely recommended.

So, I've purchased several products from Vita Sciences . . . my first real foray into the area of topical applications of things you'd usually take orally. I was REALLY skeptical at first - but, I've got to tell you, this stuff works. I've used this one several times thus far, and it really does have a calming effect on me - and, it is fairly immediate. With all of these, I do suggest following the instructions and washing your hands after - I get a bit of a tingle if I forget to do this. But, I'm really liking this form of taking these supplements. I'd highly recommend trying them!

I am a big believer in natural ways to help your body and with this calming cream I have noticed a big difference in my daughter. She's in 6th grade and there is a huge jump in what's expected academically that she's already been under a fair amount of stress. I rub this on her back, near her spine every morning, and she reports that she feels better. After about a week of her raving about her stress cream, I tried it out. One pump is a small amount so it is easy to rub in. It isn't greasy and absorbs very quickly. I tried this at night the first few nights and slept like a rock. I combined this with magnesium oil that I usually use at night. I used it after a very hard "discussion" with the hubby and noticed it definitely help calm my nerves more so than if I didn't use anything. I stopped using it after 7 days to let my daughter use the rest of the bottle. I wish the bottle was bigger! No complaints, no negative side effects or weird rashes from applying topically. Very impressed and happy with this cream.

I will be honest, I love all of the Vita Science products that I have tried and this Theracalm is no exception. It contains theanine which is the secret ingredient needed by the adrenal glands and most people are deficient in theanine. It also contains GABA which is great for restful sleep. The cream goes on easily and is absorbed quickly. I have never been disappointed by a single Vita Science product.

I really like this product! This Cream is reasonably priced and it's very easy to use! It helps me relax at night. It is so pleasant and relaxing. I love to rub it on my palms and wrists Overall, I am really impressed with the quality of the Vita Sciences Theracalm Stress Relief Cream, 1.7 Fluid Ounce. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to relax!

I was very skeptical of this at first. I'm a naturally anxious person and could use the extra support. The cream went on smoothly and evenly. It felt light and seeped in well. The process in and of itself helped me feel calm. The mixture, combined with the act of self care, really did have an impact. If highly recommend this cream to everyone.

I have had anxiety disorder and panic attacks since 1989, so I try almost anything to reduce stress. I tried this cream for the first few days at my new job and I believe it worked. Whatever this cream is made of seems to absorb into my skin and calm me down. I have used it several times and recommend for anxious people to give it a try and see if it works for you.

I'm not going to lie at first I thought there is no way this cream can relief stress, boy was I wrong! I am a very busy person and I get stressed out a lot and this had helped me a lot after a long hard day to relief my stress. I am very impressed at how well this works and I will be buying a few people this for Christmas because it works so well. If you are someone who stresses then I recommend giving this a try.

I have only used once so far (in the middle of the night when I awoke and couldn't go back to sleep as I was thinking of my big day ahead). It seemed to alleviate the urge to get up and "start doing my work now" mental state that I was in at 2:00 am. Went back to sleep for several more hours for much needed rest. I'm hoping just to use this for situations like this in the future (which happens frequently). Hope it works as well as the first time

This product is amazing. I am a mom that usually have trouble to sleep and sometimes relax after a long day, now I like to lay down put this cream on my arms and shoulders and ejoy te benefits of relaxing. I like to that I can apply to my body and that it make me feel relax. I honestly didn't expect that works for me, but I am very satisfied with this product.

This is a really great product especially when you need something to calm your nerves after a long day. The product has relieved my nerves as I was very pleased with how easy this product is to use during the times when I was needing it. The product does not smell bad or is difficult to clean your hands when using the product to massage into your skin. This product does work in an instant, for me, however. There could be different results for different people. I will get this product again whenever I am needing it again

As a person that suffers with a ridiculous amount of stress, and then anxiety that is stress-induced on top of that, it?s important that I keep things under control. Yes, I use doctor prescribed medication, but I don?t like to take it if I don?t have to. This is very nice; all you have to do is rub it into your skin. How easy is that!? It?s soft, easily absorbed, and simple to use. I keep this around at all times; I never know when I need it. I tend to use it the most at night so I can calm down enough to go to sleep without racing thoughts or insomnia. I have used other products from this brand, and they all ROCK and I?m incredibly impressed with this. They offer some of the most unique things, and I DEFINITELY recommend it!! Everything that I said is how I really feel about this product. If I didn't like this product in any way, I'd let you know.

I have been using this for a few days now only at bedtime. I usually have to get up 2 or 3 times a night or toss and turn and cant get back to sleep but when applying this it seems I sleep thru the night without restlessness kicking in. I still need an afternoon nap but maybe with a few more applications of this I will be able to get through the entire night without waking up at all.

I get really stressed out when I drive because my road rage meter is really high. I use this cream before I drive, the cream soaks into my skin quick enough to where my hands aren't too slippery. The cream kind of smells like after shave and it has a brown color. The cream doesn't leave a tint so there is no need to worry about leaving a tint.

So happy I had this TheraCALM Stress Relief Cream this past week. I was having a really rough one and needed some help falling asleep since I was restless. I used 2 pumps of TheraCALM and rubbed on the bottom of my feet. There were no instructions on where to apply, so I figured that the bottom of the feet have a ton of nerve endings and highly absorb oils and creams the fastest into the body, so why not try it with TheraCALM there as well. It definitely worked! Within a few minutes, I felt more calm and my mind was racing less. Seriously some great stuff!

'll keep it short and to the point, this product does exactly what it sounds like. I carry my stress in my shoulders mostly and I do get a lot of leg cramps so I applied this to both those areas and i felt the instant relaxation of the muscles. What was even better is when I woke up the next morning my muscles weren't tight and I did not have any discomfort. The product also does not have a smell which I tend to enjoy because no one wants to smell like medicated lotion.

With the ingredients in this cream, I'm still baffled as to how this actually does help to relieve stress. However, I can attest to the fact that it does indeed work. I've used it quite a few times during some stressful situations and it helped to calm me down pretty quickly. I would say within 10 - 15 minutes, I was breathing more calmly, and within a half hour, I had forgotten why I was even stressed in the first place (my mind was off of it and onto something else). I love the idea of using a cream as opposed to swallowing a pill. It's extremely convenient. Plus, you only need 1-2 pumps (I use just one). It has a weird smell, but it's mild and doesn't linger. It absorbs very fast and doesn't leave your skin greasy or anything. It's very effective.

The formulary ingredients are perfectly balanced for overall help you calm and unwind. As per package instructions do not use this if you are currently taking anti-depressants and/or MAOIs

This is a stress calming relief cream. It absorbs quickly and it only only takes a small amount(Only one or two pumps). The cream does not have a heavy feel to it. It also does not smell like anything as it has no smell. I just have my husband apply it to my neck and shoulders when I feel like I need it. That is where I carry the stress and tension. I could not believe that it actually works and it does so fairly quickly. It took/takes the tension right out of my neck and shoulders. I recommend this cream.

It is made with natural ingredients and comes a nice box, double the size of the product, but there is a separator inside to keep it from rolling around. The bottle has a shrink wrap seal and is in a convenient press pump style. According to the box it contains ?GABA, L-Theanine & 5-HTM? (I?ll have to Google these), ?clinically tested ingredients, hypo allergenic, without parabens?. This has what I assume is important to note: ?Adults 18 years of age and older? and though not in caps, I thought I should mention, just in case, ?Not intended for application to face.? This cream pumps out easily and the texture is slightly different from regular topical creams, and is on the brownish-olive green side (like a light colored poo). The scent is strong, but is earthy, like a mint green tea and definitely more reminiscent of a muscle pain relief cream. The directions do not specify where to apply the cream, so I assumed in areas of most tension ? in my case it?s the shoulders and neck area and sometimes my lower back. I applied this cream before bed. It is only slightly on the oily side, and it makes your skin tingle a little, but let me tell you, it works! I?m normally a very restless sleeper ? have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep and when I wake up it?s even harder to go back to sleep. With this cream it didn?t take me very long to fall asleep and although I woke up during the night (because my snoring woke me), I went back to sleep right away. I love this cream, yes, it is my new bed buddy! I plan on trying this on my neck in the morning before having to go to class and see if that helps my stress levels, hopefully it doesn?t put me to sleep in my clinicals class though, haha, because that would be bad.

Any one who knows me knows I have an extremely stressful job. This cream has become my best friend after long stressful days at work. After applying the cream, I feel more at ease and the stress seems to fade away.

I was so happy when I received this product. I'm not a fan of taking a lot of supplements by mouth because some can do more harm than good. I was excited to receive the cream because with school, work and everyday life things can sometimes become stressful, hectic and overwhelming. Since using the cream I have found a way to reduce my stress. I use it before bed and I am able to relax and get a goodnights rest. I was sent this product in exchange for my honest review.

I use it at work which is a very pressurized environment and usually feel tension and pain in my shoulders from the stress Started using this cream first thing in the AM and as stuff comes up during day. Gotta say I feel calm and at ease under the same circumstances. Maybe im more resilient all of a sudden but I feel confident that this is helping big time. Highly recommend it...

If you have varying levels of tension through the day like me it helps to have something to take the edge off ...I use the cream and find that it gives me a refreshed feeling like after a good nap...
