This our second time using the services of Vietnam Visa and were very satisfied with the overall experience. There very efficient and professional and they made our entry to Vietnam simple and worry free. We will continue to use there services and would highly recommend them.

The pre-registration is fast and efficient. The only delay comes from the processing of the visa when you arrive at the visa desk. THis is the 3rd time I have used the service and it does save time.

Everything was good, and response time was excellent. However, I was upset that I had to use your service because I thought a visa was not needed if I only travelled to Phu Quoc. I took different airlines from Thailand to Ho Chi Minh City and then from Ho Chi Minh City to Phu Quoc, so the airport attendants told me that I needed to get a visa. This is unclear on all the website information about visiting Phu Quoc.

The marketing is misdirected. Even with a long term visa the marketing emails do not stop.
The price for a VOA letter continues to rise.
There is no information related to why the available visa options change
