I have used your Visa services on several occasions and in principle find your service efficient . However , I have drawn your attention to the fact that upon arrival at the airport you are required to submit a completed ' Application for Entry and Exit document' - that you fail to provide ! I have repeatedly advised you of this fact , however the only response I have received is that you can also offer an express arrivals service - chargeable ( which in fact is totally unnecessary - if this document had been provided ).

Thought yr Visa would allow direct entry at the Siagon Airport. Wrong. We still had to fill out forms at Immigration and pay more money. It also took 30 minutes. Never use yr service again.
