I was very worried when my item hadn't arrived by the time specified and no email had been received. I tried to contact venture direct by phone and live chat but found myself in long queues and I couldn't speak to anyone. Seeing poor reviews on Trustpilot made me very concerned but I sent in a contact query and received a reply within twelve hours. The rep Geraldine was very attentive, my item was going to take longer to arrive but she answered each contact I made and the item, although expected for delivery 27th December, was delivered 22nd December in time for Xmas. Very relieved and able to take the more expensive reserve back to Argos in time for a refund. Not sure I'd rush to use venture direct again but they did perform much better than the reviews suggested.

This was my worst shopping experience ever. venturedirect did NOT respond to any of my emails or attempted phone calls.From placing the order to reciept of goods just under three weeks,totally unaceptable. The worst customer service ever. NOT RECOMENDED.
