It would be nice if you made it clear that goods may be coming from overseas and may take some long time. In this age of 'same day ' delivery (Argos) it would make buyers more confident in ordering if they knew.

Fake , info, lame and misleading, told item was with courier for del, not so!, then stuck at port of entry, to contact DPD, they had no record of consignment, then received on day of del. Customer service, full of excuses . item , received quick after I gave 48 hour deadline, initially told in stock in Uk, and on route.
