I was looking for a vendor to supply raw shea butter for my beauty products. At the top of my list was quality of course. I originally ordered the shea butter and was not quite satisfied at first. I contacted the company immediately via email ( It was after business hours). To my surprise the company responded back within 2 hours and resolved the issue. I received the new product within a 3 day window. I am very pleased with the product and the customer service is an unexpected blessing. It is refreshing to find a company that is interested in building lasting relationships with customers. I value good quality products but first class service is priceless!!

I was searching for a company with a social and fair-trade mission to buy my shea butter. During my search, I came across Baraka Shea Butter. I placed an order for shea butter, cocoa butter, and palm oil. When, I received the order there was an issue with the shea butter. I reached out the company that evening and within three hours the founder contacted me. He immediately apologized and sent me another butter that was perfect. The palm oil and cocoa butter also good quality. I was amazed by the level of customer service and expediency showed in addressing my issue. I am all for great products, however, a company that value building a relationship of trust with their customers is priceless. Thank you Baraka Shea Butter for great products and excellent customer service.
