We used the service for airport transportation both ways. Both drivers were very helpful and courteous. They helped with our luggage and were very patient as we installed our car seat and got our infant settled inside. Thanks for the great service...we'll definitely use it again!

I had a great experience with this company and my driver, Diaz. My flight into Orlando was delayed by more than four hours but just after I got off the plane, I got a call from Diaz letting me know that he'd meet me in baggage claim. The vehicle was top notch and Diaz was great! Highly recommend.

We used Ultimate Towncar for our trip to Orlando, Florida. When we were picked up at the airport, we were a little lost and the driver not only came and found us but was extremely pleasant and kind. We had a lot of luggage and two cranky kids and he was able to chat with us and make jokes and was a really great experience first thing upon arrival! We also used the service for our drive back to the airport after our vacation was over. Again, the driver was polite and helpful and even arrived early to help us load up. He had the car seat ready for us too. On both experiences, the vehicles were extremely clean and we felt safe with the drivers. We are very happy we used Ultimate Towncar and wouldn't hesitate to use the service again!

Wonderful experience! Booked a 14 person van for our airport shuttle to/from Orlando airport to Disney World for our family vacation during Christmas. Our driver was very prompt and courteous. The customer service department was easy to work with as well. Will certainly use again for our next trip to Florida!
