uKnowKids provides members with a number of methods to drill down into the data, and we will continue to leverage feedback to drive our weekly and monthly product feature enhancements. Here are a couple of pro tips that may helpful to you... 1) If you want to review older messages, go the Feed page and click on the Load More button on the bottom of the page. That will load older activities. 2) If you want to review full conversations between two parties, click on the message "card" on the Feed page, and it will flip over to show you the entire message thread between the two people. 3) This is also how you would review the uKnowLingo translations and notifications (alerts). 4) If you want to drill down on specific types of activities, use the filters in the left hand column of the Feed page. 5) If you want to see messages related to specific Contact, you can click on the Contact's name of any of the Launchpad cards, and the Feed page will appear with a filtered view of messages focused entirely on that individual. 6) You can also use the Search feature located on the Feed page to search for specific messages, terms or contacts. 7) You can also view the full message threads as mentioned above.
