My bags for our Library reading program were exactly as ordered....thank you! I even wanted examples of two different bag and ink colors and they were happy to oblige. The bags arrived several days later than was projected, but I ordered in plenty of time for the event I needed them for. I had no issues with corresponding with my sales rep...emails were sent and answered in a timely manner. All in all, a very good experience. I will most definitely order again from this company.
