I found them with an internet search. Choosing Totally Promotional was a colossal mistake. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company treated me after they made a mistake with our order.

Totally Promotional made a mistake on the artwork that they sent to the supplier to print my items. The items arrived 3 days after the guaranteed delivery date and they were printed wrong. I submitted a warranty claim, provided photos of the items that were misprinted and waited for a week to hear back from the company. There solution was to keep the misprinted items for a 30% discount. The mistake was with our corporate sponsors logo, so there was no way that I could accept this. I had to get the items ready to ship back to them. They refused to do anything to compensate my organization for the mistake. Finally about a month later, we received the items we payed for. I am out around $600 to ship the items to the conference attendees not to mention the time to package them up. Extremely disappointed and will never use Totally Promotional again. I will also warn every organization I am involved with to avoid using this company.
