The shop was closed for the Christmas season when I put the order but they clearly stated when they would be opening again and 2 days after their open day I received my parcel. It was very well packaged with a cooling pack which was still partially frozen when I received it.

The ice pack that come with the delivery was completely melted which suggest to me that the courier did not possibly know it was food product and he would have been in his van most of the day.
