I have not had to use the pepper spray but I like the flip top access as opposed to a button or switch to unlock the container before it will spray. An important part of my decision was that Police departments and military choose this item. Thank you

Love the product - strong and the stream is long, powerful, and high-pressure;dfs. MY ONLY COMPLAINT : IT SHOULD INCLUDE A HOLSTER!!!!!I was able to rig one for my fiance, but why the can't include one for an additional dolllar so is confusing to me. Otherwise, great productl

I was a bit disappointed with how far the pepper spray squirted. It only squirted about three feet. I thought It would have a more powerful spray than it has.

I have not had occasion to use it yet, but I feel safer knowing the I have a size for every occasion. This size fits nicely into the back jeans, or coat pocket.
