I like takeeasy because my landscaper do great work, they email you the day they will come to do your lawn and if they don't do your lawn they would contact the landscaper. I have a great overall experience even though the price for my lawn went up but its still benefit for me.

The two times they have come the have used the weed wacker to cut the grass and havwe not edged. This last time they didn't cut the side of the driveway.

I love your service and customer service, but your phone app is SORELY LACKING !!!!! It needs to be more 'robust' in terms of history and other options. Likewise, I would like to leave a $-tip from time-to-time. That function does not exist. PLEASE upgrade your phone app.

For the most part, the service has been convenient and reliable... until the recent COVID19 outbreak and restrictions. Now my service keeps getting scheduled, no one shows up, it gets rescheduled, no one shows up, and so on. So I don't quite know how I feel about it right now. This may not be a good time to run customer feedback surveys.

The first year went well but since Nov. 2019 no one has clue to what is going on in Florida. I had to call 3 times to get my service stopped for winter. Then my lawn was done twice before my March 1st start date. Now 2 different men seem to be trying to get our lawn. I am not a happy camper.

I have called TaskEasy tried to reject the service, emailed the company yet they continue to try and charge me for this service. The service was not done per the specifications that it was supposed to be done.

There has been small irregularities. Services that I have not authorized or jobs that have not been done properly. For instance in the last job the leaves that my tree has left were not picked up. I have two mountains of leaves left for pick up. The previous worker used to pick them and I did appreciate that.
