Setting up service was very easy. Picking out the jobs I want done, no problem. I wanted the grass cut a little lower and they set that up for me, no problem. Everything was just easy. I can pick what jobs I want done and cancel any I dont want done all from my computer. I like that. All-in-all a Great company!

I'm not getting what I ask for. Plus if this is a partnership why I'm I not being ask or informed on how I can improve my yard. I have been asking for the shrubs in the front to be trimmed for a while now.

While mostly the job was done right i am concerned that the mower this last contractor used wasnt cutting the grass low enough. It didnt really looked like it was mowed. i understand why that is done to a point but the backyard in particular could have looked a bit better

Last year, April - October 2019, everything was super easy and smooth. This month, when I reopened my account for spring lawn-mowing, it seemed like I was able to get an appointment right away, but my mowing day came and went, and no one showed up. After I sent an email, my Dashboard still showed conflicting information. I phoned during business hours and the person who answered had a bad connection, I couldn't really hear what she was saying (it wasn't my phone, I have had no problems with it). I gathered there was a problem getting a contractor; maybe it's an issue in the pandemic. So I had to wait a couple more days, but when I got the mowing, it was done beautifully. So even though the price is a little higher this year, I'm good. I hope the problems are over.

So far I have found Taskeasy to be reliable and they do a good job. I wish they would be more careful with my yard spray heads they just ran over one again this week and it cost me money to get them fixed.

I just don't want what happened last year to happen again this year. Last year I would pay the contractor and leave a comment for the the contractor to please make sure to take pictures of the entire backyard specifically the area behind the garage. The contractor would not take those pictures time and time again, I later discovered that the contractor was not cutting that portion of the grass in the backyard. This year I will not accept that level of service.
