I paid an arm & a leg for "rush" shipping because I needed the lettering on my truck asap to get back working! Rush shipping says it'll take 2-3 business days, it's been 3 days, now the weekend, & it says it won't be here til Monday! That's almost 6 whole days! I emailed them immediately after seeing it won't be here til Monday, & again, 3 days later, & not even a response!!!

I designed a custom license plate. We placed the order using AmazonPay. This was when SpeedySigns first started using this payment method, and we got double charged for the order. I called and they took care of the issue right away. The two people I spoke with were extremely friendly and halpful.
The design process was easy. They took care of the issue right away, and then followed up with a confirmation phone call. I could not have asked for better customer service.
I would definitely recommend SpeedySign and would use them again.

Online ordering process and file upload was easy. Prices were competitive and product was delivered as ordered on time. Vinyl banners did give off definite fumes, but this was not a huge issue as they are for outside use.

I couldn't register due to "passwords not matching" I probably retried about 30 times before giving up. Rather annoying as I would like to save and return to my account someday. The actual process of creating my products was absolutely spot on and I would definitely use this again.
