My order was placed to a PO Box. The customer service person called and we changed the address. I asked to have my sign changed as they haven't begun to make my plate and she said it was ok and to submit it to her. The changes didn't get made even though she was very courteous and seemed helpful.
The plate is very nice but the photo art was a sticker. I thought it would be painted. Not unhappy but not totally satisfied either.

I made my sign for a graduate. I used one of their senior pictures. I was so surprised how beautifully it turned out. The colors was vibrant and true. It was not pixelated when looking at the picture it looke the same close up and at a distance. I am very happy with the quality of my banner.

All of my signs require that they be custom made to my specifications. With the design tools that Speedy Signs provides I can easily format my signs to any shape or have any size lettering and numbering that I need.

I have used speedy signs before and been really happy. This time I ordered outline letters and they came as shadow instead. It's not what I ordered but not worth the hassle of re-do.
Only other complaint is every order ships out in a box the size of a [UPS] cereal box+. $10 shipping is ludicrous for what can go in a regular business envelope for 43¢postage!
DEFINITELY NEED ATTENTION HERE!

I never received my sign. I ordered this sign months and months ago. I wrote to tell customer service and no one ever responded to me. I have thought about this a lot, because it is like you can just get away with taking $150+ from me and I can't do anything about it.

My signs were very lovely and exactly what I envisioned, but some of the dots on the lower case letter "i's" were absent. Dunno why - it was not every letter "i" but just a few. I know they didn't get left behind on the paper, 'cause I checked!
Anyway, the car decals still look great on my Honda Element, so it's no big thing. But it did keep me from giving you 5 stars.

Sign looked good but........it was not packaged very well. It was bent during shipping.
I also don't like how you charge an over priced amount for that poor shipping.

Had a problem on initial attempt at checkout with shipping charges. I called my service rep (Danielle Bullock) who handled it fast and with cheer.....she is the greatest!

Danielle helped me with some upload and resolution issues; she was great. However, I wish SpeedySigns would allow uploads of PowerPoint files for banners. Secondly, I wish their online design tool allowed you to see the actual resolution of your final product. I uploaded a hi-res photo and on the design tool the resolution still looked very poor; Daniel showed me what it would actually look like and it was much better. I haven't received my banner yet, so I'm hoping all turns out like I expected.
